van der Maas advising van der Maas advising is Drs. Emile van der Maas. Emile has more than 15 years of work experience within the government in the field of ICT architecture. There, in 2004, he made the first base plates for the NORA from the system of Basic registrations and in 2019 he decided to continue working on the NORA architecture family as an independent advisor. Emile is a generalist who knows how the government works and how the relationship with the underlying IT and legal systems can be established.
